Welcome to the Grand Aroma website terms and conditions for use. By accessing this site and/or placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.
Product Display and Information
We will ensure that the information shown on this website is a clear and accurate representation of the products we are selling. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours, patterns and details of the products viewed on your monitor will be identical to that of the actual product.
Order Acceptance
Orders will be processed only after the confirmation from a customer is received by us.
Cancelling and returning the order
You have the right to exchange the purchased item within three working days of delivery in the presence of the purchase receipt. Please be aware that food items, i.e. coffee, tea, etc. are not returnable. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Complaints
If you feel that items in your order are unsatisfactory, that we have made a mistake or have any other complaint then please feel free to contact us using one of the methods listed on our contacts.

Payment and Pricing
We accept payments in cash only. All prices are subject to VAT.
Minimum order
Minimum order for our Internet store is 30 EUR.
Delivery
We will take every effort to fulfill your order and deliver the goods to you within 1 working day of the confirmation of your order. If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the goods to you within this time then we shall contact you and arrange other time for delivery.
- We deliver only in Cyprus from Monday to Saturday
- Delivery within Paphos town and to the nearby villages (Emba, Trimithousa, etc.) is free.
- Delivery to Lefkosia, Lemessos and Larnaka will be accomplished by a messenger service of your choice and the goods should be collected from the messenger's office. Delivery is paid by a customer according to the rates of preferred messenger service. “Door to door” delivery is available at extra charge. Please contact us for additional information.
- The goods are delivered to Lefkosia, Lemessos and Larnaka maximum within 1 working day of the confirmation of your order.
